It's the type of crime you don't find out about until its too late! Identity theft and fraud and North Dakota rank in the top 10 of the state ranking the highest for these types of crime according to Wallet Hub.

WIth technology and all of our information out in the dark web, it is no wonder these types of crimes are on the increase. Not to mention all of the breaches at various companies, plus these companies have much of your personal information such as address, phone number, and social security information.

Is any of this information really safe? In my opinion, nothing is safe from anybody. It's a scary time we live in. Technology will be the downfall of our society. Companies like Adidas, Best Buy, Delta, Kmart, Macy’s and Sears all have fallen victim to cyber security breaches.
