Discharged Bullet Passes Through Two Bismarck Apartments

Charges may be pending against a Bismarck man who accidentally fired a gun, sending a bullet through two city apartments.

The Bismarck Tribune reports a man was cleaning his gun while watching YouTube videos at his home on East Capitol Avenue when a live discharged.

Police say the round passed through the apartment above as well as the apartment above that. investigators did not find the bullet.

No one was injured and police did not make an arrest at the time.
