North Dakota Driver Flees with Child After Shooting at Police
Authorities in the Upper Midwest are on the lookout for a man in a Ford Taurus who shot at a Highway Patrolman while making his getaway.Daniel Michael TwoHearts, 23, is at large and believed to be driving a stolen 2005 Ford Taurus bearing North Dakota plates 679 AOF.
TwoHearts is accused of firing three shots from a handgun at a state patrolman Thursday night in the Grand Forks area, and stealing two vehicles, including one with a baby inside.
No injuries have been reported; the baby was found safe.
Police say TwoHearts should be considered "armed and dangerous."
