Explosion Rocks British Concert: Terror Suspected

At least twenty-two (updated) people are dead following an explosion at a pop music concert in Manchester, England.

The BBC reports around 50 other people were injured in the explosion at the Ariana Grande concert Monday evening.

Prime Minister Theresa May will chair an emergency meeting on Tuesday. Authorities are treating the incident as terrorism.

Singer Ariana Grande, while physically uninjured, tweeted after the concert that she was "broken" by the incident.
