Flash Flood, One Dead in SE ND

Flash flooding swamped a southeastern North Dakota city on Thursday killing at least one motorist.

At least one person in a pickup truck was swept off state Highway 32 about 7 miles north of Gwinner, the Sargent County Sheriff reported.
