ND State Sen. Booked on DUI – Again

"What do you say when you do something like this? It’s my own dang fault.”

North Dakota state Sen. Joe Miller, R-Park River, Miller, was charged this past Tuesday with speeding, having an open container and driving in “actual physical control” of a motor vehicle, according to the state criminal records database.  This is his second alcohol-related driving offense.
