ND State Sen. Pleads Out on DUI

A North Dakota state senator who pushed for stronger drunk-driving penalties has pleaded guilty to alcohol-related driving charges.

Joe Miller, R-Park River, appeared Monday in state district court, where he waived his right to trial.  "My hope," he said, "is that everyone can forgive me."
