With that being said, homes are selling quickly and for top dollar in the Bismarck Mandan area.  The homes in my development south of Lincoln are selling for significantly more than what we paid for our home back in 2019.  Most homes were going for around $300,000 dollars a few years ago and now most of them are selling for $400,000 to even $450,000 dollars.  Again, this is just in my neighborhood.  That's some serious profit over the course of a few years.
