UND Hockey to be Honored at Twins Game

The Minnesota Twins will pay tribute to this year's UND championship hockey team prior to their May 22 game vs the Blue Jays.

According to a news release sent out from the school, the ceremony will begin at 12:45pm featuring a video celebration and a video introduction of each player.

Head Coach Brad Berry will throw the ceremonial first pitch.

The UND Hockey team defeated Quinnipiac in the championship game 5-1 back on April 9. It was the team's eighth national championship.

Minnesota Twins President Dave St. Peter is a UND graduate.
