Which states are worst in terms of convictions for "public corruption"?  According to one source, North Dakota ranks as high as number two.

In response to a New York Times article which called Florida a "hothouse of corruption," the website Business Insider took a look at data gathered by the Justice Department.

For the listing of the greatest number of pubic corruption convictions per 100,000 people, number one is Louisiana, with nearly 9 convictions per 100,000.

North and South Dakota come in second and third, respectively.
