I love the history and the way our heroes are honored

I have made it no secret that I love the way the Bismarck Larks treat people here in our community. You can usually find someone from their organization out and about and helping out with an event that usually raises money for a charity, or you can catch them at the Municipal Ballpark, Dakota Community Bank & Trust - entertaining so many baseball fans and families of all ages. Their charm is how they interact with their city, they make you feel special. That's exactly what they are doing by being part of the 'Heroes of History'.

In honor of Bismarck’s 15th anniversary, they’re looking for the Hidden Hometown
Heroes of history.

"This is the fifth year the Larks have worked with Bismarck
Magazine and Scheels to recognize heroes in the Bismarck/Mandan community" according to a press release from Lee Greuel Creative Marketing & Media Manager. Unsung heroes in our community that has made an impact preserving, educating, and being a leader. Here are some past winners:

"The nomination period ends onMarch 29. 15 individuals will be highlighted in the May edition of Bismarck Magazine. On May 2, you can vote for the top six who will be recognized on the field at a Larks game this summer" the press release reported.
