Bond Set for Ft. Yates Woman in Assault Case
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Bond has been set at $10,000 for a Fort Yates woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend with a knife and breaking his arm with a metal pot.
The Bismarck Tribune reports 27-year-old Terra Jade Ironhawk faces felony aggravated assault and terrorizing charges for allegedly attacking her boyfriend at a Bismarck residence late Tuesday night.
South Central District Judge Gail Hagerty set bond on Wednesday. Ironhawk remained in custody at the Burleigh County jail on Friday.
Court papers say Ironhawk applied for a court-appointed attorney to defend her but it was denied because the application was incomplete.
