Breaking: Suspect Charged In RJR Homicide

Police have a suspect in custody in the RJR homicides.

Mandan Police Chief Jason Ziegler announced last night at a press conference that officers in Washburn charged Chad Isaac with four counts of Double-A homicide.

As of last evening, authorities were holding the suspect at the McLean County Jail. The chief also said the investigation is continuing.
