Deer Tortured By Poachers; Game & Fish Seek Information [VIDEO]

North Dakota Game & Fish are asking for your help in finding the people responsible for a grisly video in which a deer was tortured to death.

The video from last fall was posted online, showing the culprits dragging a struggling deer out of the Cannonball River, then shoving the animal's snout into the mud in an apparent attempt to asphyxiate it.
