Hoeven Bill “Addresses” Gas Prices

ND Sen. John Hoeven was among legislators who introduced a bill to address the recent spike in gas prices.

The Hoeven-Klobuchar Gas Price and Refinery Capacity Relief Act would require more efficient communication of outages and increased fuel reserves to balance prices during shortages.
