North Dakota’s Record High Temp Was Set on This Day in 1936
The last few days have been hot in Bismarck. But the temperatures were not nearly as high as they could have been.
Despite climbing past 100 degrees the last couple of days, we can be thankful it didn't get as hot as it did back in 1936.
The hottest recorded temperature in the state is 121 degrees which occurred in Steele on July 6 back in 1936.
Temperatures should be in the 80s and low 90s the rest of the week. Water and sunscreen is still recommended.
Stay cool out there.
