Tuesday, House Bill 1434, which would give health insurance coverage in North Dakota for children with autism failed to reach the number of votes it needs to pass, but just barely.
The bill that would have potentially allowed motorists to avoid liability, should they injure or kill someone with their vehicle, has been defeated in the North Dakota House.
As a response to the Dakota Access Pipeline protests, a new Republican-sponsored bill has been introduced that would make for stiffer penalties on those involved in riots.
You would think this should either be a law in North Dakota by now, or at least common ethics, but a new bill is being pushed that would forbid the personal use of campaign funds.
